Family Reunion Rates and Policies 
A 10% deposit will be required for all groups.  This deposit is non-refundable and is due 90 days before the date of your event.

[Types of Lodging]

Lodging 1- all Bunk Style Cabins:
Includes:  Pampa Cabin, Canadian, Memphis, Clarendon, McLean, Shamrock, Cedar, Central Pampa, Lefors, Skellytown

$25.00 per person per night
* Unless under the age of 6

Lodging 2 - Motel Style Rooms
$45 per room per night (Single or Double Occupancy is same rate.  Linens provided.)
  
   Amazing Grace - A unit of four rooms.  Each room has a private bath and one king size bed. 
   Evergreen - A unit of two bedrooms.  Each room has private bath and one queen size bed.
   Cottonwood - A unit of bedrooms.  Each room has a private bath and one queen size bed. 
   Quail Lodge - A private apartment with private bath, small kitchenette, and one king size bed. 

Meals

This is per meal per person.  Kids 7 and under eat free.

$8.00 - breakfast
$8.00 - lunch
$8.00 - supper

Recreation Costs

Large Zip Line:  $150.00 for 2 hrs (2 hr minimum) 
                       $50.00 per hr every hr after the 2 hr minimum

Low Ropes Course:  $150.00 for 2 hrs (2 hr minimum)
                             $50.00 per hr every hr after the 2 hr minimum

Swimming Pool:  $150.00 for 2 hrs (2 hr minimum)
                         $50.00 per hr every hr after the 2 hr minimum

Waterfront:  $150.00 for 2 hrs (2 hr minimum)
                  $50.00 per hr every hr after the 2 hr minimum
* Waterfront includes our giant slide and BLOB

Paddle Boats & Canoes:  $100.00 for 2 hrs (2 hr minimum)
                                    $50.00 per hr every hr after the 2 hr minimum

Paintball: $12 per person per hour
* Price Includes: mask, CO2, 200 paintballs
*Additional paintballs available: $5 for 200; Tank refills are an additional $3/tank.

*If your group guarantees 150 campers, all of the above Recreation fees, with the exception of paintball, will be waived, and“Exclusive Use” of the camp will be granted. (“Exclusive Use”: No other groups will be booked)

Rec Hall, Basketball Court, Sand Volleyball Court, and Sports field are free of cost.

Facility Fees

Tabernacle: 
$100 per day + $1.50 per person
Chapel:  $150.00 per day

* If your group guarantees 150 campers the above facility fees will be waived.

Other Fees
:

Day Use Per Person:  $7.00 per day (Meals: $5.00 - breakfast; $5.50 - lunch; $6.00 - supper)

Golf Car Rental:  $25.00 per day per cart
* This fee is for Association and Non-Association guests

RV Hook Ups: $15.00 per night

***  IMPORTANT - NOT ALLOWED ***

NO PETS allowed on the camp grounds.  A fine of $300.00 will be added to final invoice if rule is broken.

NO ALCOHOL under any circumstances.  If alcohol is found group will be asked to leave the camp immediately.   

The Policy and Procedures Agreement is also to be understood and agreed upon by each group.
